This Subway provided a mixed experience during our recent visit. We placed our order through the Subway app, which turned out to be not very user-friendly. The interface was clunky, and it wasn’t clear if our customization requests were being saved correctly. This led to some confusion when we arrived to pick up our order, as part of it was almost made incorrectly. Thankfully, the staff was understanding and accommodating, and they fixed the issue with some hesitation.

I just shared my comments with GrubHub and this will be the last time I order from the North Saint Paul Subway. I live in Oakdale so why the food came from North Saint Paul I have no idea and I just caught it that that's where it's been coming from the last two times I ordered from GrubHub. WHERE'S THE MEAT? it's a good thing I like vegetables because that is definitely what it looks like is a salad on a bun with a few pieces of Bologna. Again I like subway...
