The only good authentic taco place in Northfield. As a Twin Cities girl who grew up eating a lot of taco places all over Saint Paul and Minneapolis, this place reminds me of the city life and quality of restaurants. Every other taco joint here is more Mexican-American style.. This place is authentic! I never trust a Mexican restaurant that doesnt use corn tortillas. I got the classic burrito and my boyfriend got the lengua tacos and the best part is them not charging extra for the SAUCES!! Real Mexican restaurants don't skimp on their sauces. I would only recommend Coco's if you want Mexican food in Northfield whether you're visiting or just moved to town. I've tried every other place in this town and they are over priced as heck, bland, and just No authenticity. WE ARE DEFINITELY a regular customer now!

Pros: quesadillas were okay, not the best i’ve ever had but not bad Cons: there was some sort of haze or vapour in the air that made it painful to open my eyes. I had to eat my food quick and get out. Seemed like smoke but made it uncomfortable to eat there. So literally a terrible “atmosphere” lol. Luckily they have outdoor seating but its limited.
Don’t order them more than two entrées. This company cannot handle a catering.

40 minutes to get tacos and chips with guacamole is too long when there is almost no one in front of you in line. Not impressed.

I ordered the birria combo. I received raw tortillas wrapped in foil, meat on the side, consume, a tiny cup of onion and cilantro, and rice. I've never seen a restaurant not assemble and cook birria tacos or give someone raw tortillas. I was very upset. I will not be returning. I wish I could get a refund but I'm never in Northfield, was just there for the day working.
