Don't see many cars there 0 to maybe 3, as I head to Farmington DQ which lots of customers, sometimes it's full of customers. Great friendly service. Don't people like Northfield

I've gone here one other time and it was decent, it wasn't anything bad but wasn't memorable. This time around, I went and the person who was taking the order was laughing the entire time I was trying to give my order. I could hear others in the background laughing too. Even at the window, they were messing around and I could hear them taking orders and doing the same thing (but somehow even worse?). The only decent person was who handed me the ice cream. It's great and they made it awesome, but the customer service is incredibly lacking. The person who took my order could only be described as someone who is a workers friend and they just let them try their hand at the drive through window.

Not a smooth experience. They didn't take credit cards, their machine was down. They had a sign posted so there was no surprises. I tried to use the free kids cone coupons from the DQ kids meal bag, but they wouldn't accept them at this location. I ordered a Misty Freeze and it came without the soft serve mixed in, the young women told me that was a float and i asked for a freeze. I looked at the menu twice after she told me and I'm still scratching my head. It's called a Misty Freeze. She poured some of the drink out and put soft serve in the top, it wasn't great. Expensive as well. Not worth it. Employees were friendly but did not seem on top of anything.

Every time we drive by there hardly vehicles there. The reviews on got lots of ☆ on here, telling of the bad service, and lousy treats ect. We just drive on head Farmington DQ, good friendly service, good treats and food. Lots of customers keeping them busy!FARMINGTON DQ ☆☆☆☆☆
