Almost certainly the best restaurant in Northfield; at the very least it's top 3. Amazing food and fantastic portions for a fair price. I generally get the platillo with carnitas, but you cant go wrong with the tamales when they're offered

I feel validated reading the review they responded to by calling the reviewer stupid. This is exactly the type of people I expected they were, as they literally CHASED me and my partner at the time out of their restaurant and screamed at us when we asked for a refund due to cold food.

Horrible service. The owner wanted to charge me for a box to take my food. They charged me for a sauce when before it was free. The food is very delicious but the service is the worst.

Where do I begin… Every time I go to el Triunfo I tell myself this will be the last time. It’s too good and the food I eat the rest of the week is repulsive in comparison. But still, time and time again I can’t stop myself from walking through the doors of el Triunfo, or might I say heaven. The service is amazing and the food is even better (as if that was possible). If you have gone to the United States and didn’t stop at El Triunfo, it’s time to buy another ticket and fly right back.
