Skimping on the gravy and then charger me to take enough to eat at home; learned it was due to new ownership. Big city - small town takeover. $18 dollars for a basic Sysco plate - Such a disappointment to see the business sold to an owner who will detract from the local community. The 800+ reviews here on Google result from the previous ownership so dont let it fool you into thinking it's the same restaurant.

Might be short staffed, or just really busy when I came in on a Friday afternoon. Server was polite but hard to hear. Our food took 45 mins. Food was mediocre, but not horrible.

Our group of 10 came in after a sports event. We enjoyed our apps immensely. I took issue with the timing of our meal delivery and specific prep concerning my special request. The timing of the meal delivery was all over the place. First it was my friend's pizza. She was politely waiting to begin eating until we were all served. After 10 plus minutes I was urging her to begin eating while it was hot. Or table was not served together at all. I opted for a refill of my beverage. Had I known I wouldn't receive it till all others were served and eating along with my entree coming out dead last. I felt I needed to eat and drink fast as others in our party were finishing up! I ordered Cobb salad and requested no Bleu cheese. My salad arrived and I picked up the ramekin of dressing sitting on top and saw Bleu cheese stuck to the bottom of it. This wasn't an allergy issue, but clearly my salad was prepared with Bleu cheese in the prep area. I joked with my friends that I would give it another try and tasted the cheese. Nope. Exactly why I requested none on my salad. Now I'm picking thru my salad because it obviously contained a wayward crumble or more. Again, with others already finishing I choose not to ask for a new salad. I've worked in foods for 37 years and was trying not to be too picky. I'll certainly call it out next time. I also couldn't help wondering if my salad was made with cheese initially, then they tried to pick it off rather than make a new one. Buyer beware!

I get that they got slammed with more customers than expected and we're short staffed but the hot soup shouldn't be cold when brought to the table. Server took care of us, but attention to detail should be reinforced.

One of the best burgers in town. We have had good luck getting takeout, but often the service for sit-down is a bit lacking. It doesn't stop us from going, but we just know to not be in a hurry.
