We were in Northfield for a gymnastics meet. Afterward, we decided to try George’s Vineyard. What a great idea! Busy place, attentive and friendly server, and great food. We had Phil’s Special and Pickle pizzas, and both were baked to perfection, with generous toppings and tasty sauce. One of us opted for chicken strips, which were perfectly crisp and tender on the inside. Our server was a delight! Great choice.
Food was great, gyros were good + wings were too. Place is a bit loud and pretty busy but that comes with popularity so it's understandable. Only real complaint was that the floors were pretty dirty and there was some miscellaneous food chunks on the ground.
Can't go wrong here! Our go-to when we're in town. We tried the pickle pizza and hot honey pizza recently (end of June). They were interesting, but the good ol pepperoni and extra cheese are still my favorite.
