great local beer, local music, and local vibe. I spent an evening watching local music here as I decided, happily. to relocate to Northfield. Now its one of a handful of my new neighborhood regular stops.
I visit a ton of breweries and not often will I take the time to write a review. Imminent Brewing impresses me from the moment I walked in the door. The area is decorated beautifully with a mixture of warehouse meets bar feel. The mascot for the dragon squirrel IPA is adorable. But the thing that I liked the most was the date the tap lines were last cleaned is proudly displayed on the wall, not many places will admit that to it's customer. While I'm talking them up,...
Imminent is an awesome local brewery. I can always find at least one beer I know I'll love on tap. Actually, at least two beers I know I'll love on tap. Maybe three or four. Ok fine, I love the flight option.
