Loon Liquors Distillery

Weird location, but they make great drinks here! (And if the location is an issue, they are moving to Downtown Northfield soon.) Highly recommend trying the Gintonica, the Stonewall Manhattan, or the Cosmopolitan!

Great drinks and atmosphere.

Well the loon was one of my favorite go to spots but not anymore. The last 3 trips have been disappointing . 1. First trip we encountered a new waiter. Just didn’t click not sure why at the time 2. Second trip they were out of their coffee liquor . Really I drive over an hour to get to this place and they are barely open . Disappointment but I just tried a different drink . 3 last trip it was back to the new server. He simply doesn’t know how to interact with people. His choice of words let’s just say are undesirable. On top of that the menu didn’t match the online menu so again couldn’t get what I wanted. Northfield is a great little community we go there often and tie in a visit to the loon. Was so looking forward to the new building . Will probably end up visiting the tanzenwald brewery and the reunion more often now.

Always such a great experience. The flavors of the cocktails are always the best. Not much can compete.

Unique selection of infused house made liqueurs, premix and fresh made cocktails. Creative and full of Minnesota flair, this place is a must visit for anyone who likes craft cocktails in Northfield.

Stumbled upon this gem of a back door beauty distillery while traveling through! Immediately felt welcomed by staff and paired with their cosmopolitan sampler. Cocktail and homemade creations were worthwhile and left with a bottle of their Lac Coeur, Blueberry liqueur to gear up for locally support homemade cocktail creations.
Music was uplifting and could have sat here for hours.

My wife and I love to come in and try their unique and delicious cocktails. The staff is always nice and attentive without being annoying and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. We take most of our out-of-town guests here to enjoy a cocktail as we catch up.

Expensive drinks. Came in with group, ended leaving after 1 to go elsewhere.

Friendly cocktail room with good pricing and great choices

Awesome place! The staff were super friendly. We were greeted with a complimentary sample. The cocktails were delicious. We wanted to buy a bottle to take home and they let us try the different options before buying. Definitely check this place out!
