Just picked up pizza .. I have never been so disappointed and disrespect in my life!! The manager at Pizza Hut in Northfield was so rude! And didn’t ask questions if rather I wanted bone in or boneless.. I’m a huge fan and love Pizza Hut.. this guy will run this place to the ground.. I really hope I get to speak to someone about this!!he also said I should know because I always order .. i simply said you work here I don’t you can ask? He said no I always argue with him .. never have I seen him in my life.. very super rude person and I’m sure if he is in fact the manager people hate working there.. BTW Randy is his name.. he mistook me for someone else he also got my order wrong . He didn’t review order with me or reread it before I hung up phone.. This is my worst experience I have ever been put on.. Nick

It's B.S. that you guys won't deliver 15 mins away when I'll drive 20 mins away to deliver a pizza. How dumb is that!! Carl was awesome called his manager to see if they could deliver to me because it didn't make sense why they wouldn't if I was in the time zone. But it was denied. Thanks bro for trying!!

I'll never order from this Pizza hut again! I ordered 1 Pizza with chicken and bacon not hard .. I'm missing the chicken but I Guarantee you they charge for it.! Then If you order online they ask for a tip for the team member ... I'm not Tipping the team member for doing their job! I dont get tipped for doing my job ! Its called a pay check ! .And why would i when they cant make my order Correctly only time I'm tipping is if they're delivering my pizza which they didn't I picked it up. Sorry for rant on the tip that Annoyed me Guess it's partly my fault I didn't double check the pizza before I left.the pizza is also very greasy!!Go to Dominos it's better !!!!

Please rethink using PIZZA HUT in Northfield. My family ordered a pizza when I was down on my health. It took Randy countless days to get back to me on this issue. Randy will not refund the $47.00. It was only two pieces of hair. Randy would have eaten everything but the hair, so he states. Oh, yes, no one has black hair there at Pizza Hut. The cook has short black hair. Anyway, SHAME on you, Randy. How many hairs does it take to get your complete purchase back?
