Most crepes can be made vegan, and there’s one vegan-specific crepe with a plant-based cheese. Plant milks available for all drinks. Wish the menu was clearer — a couple items are specifically labeled “can be made vegan on request,” which makes it sound like anything else can’t, but it turns out lots of other ones can also be made vegan on request.

I had the most delicious special of the week coffee that was divine- a salaried caramel rosemary latte. Loved it. I also had the vegan crepe and the gentleman working was so careful to make it vegan and even cleaned the crepe pan before applying vegan butter. It was wonderful but not filling.

Visited for the first time today. Tried the berries and whip crepe, and the Nutella and banana crepe. Both were so delicious. Add in their awesome coffee creations and you're hooked. Enjoyed the company of the house dog, Zen. The staff was very friendly, and Bree was so nice. Highly recommend!

Coffee was good but tea had no taste to it. Service took a while as well (roughly 10 minutes)

Very poor service. No organization to processing orders. Waited almost one hour and still never received our coffee. When asked if we wanted a refund we said yes and the cashier said. No I'm going to make it now. It was a very bad experience trying out something new.

This café is connected to a bicycle shop but also has its own entrance. I enjoyed a vegan crêpe and a coffee. There is a separate vegan & dairy-free menu with several crêpes to choose from. Crêpes are made-to-order. Oat milk is the plant-based milk option. VEGAN CAPRESE CRÊPE REVIEW I enjoyed this “savory” type crêpe very much. It was basically a caprese salad rolled up in a crêpe. The vegan cashew & herb cheese complimented the other ingredients well. VEGAN MENU ITEMS Caprese Crêpe – made with Boursin (cashew & herb cheese) Swedish Roll-up – made with plant-based butter Canadian Dipper – plant-based butter with a side of maple syrup Yogurt & Granola – plant-based yogurt drizzled with apple syrup Bunny Crêpe – greens, tomatoes, pickled carrots, dilly sauce Oat milk (for coffee) Updated from previous review on 2024-08-18

Was welcomed in after a bike ride looking like I had rolled in the mud. Very friendly folks who make a great grilled cheese

I loved the place. The PBJ wrap (Peanut butter and jalapeño with fried bacon) was unexpectedly good.

Great little cafe with tasty crepes and coffee/tea drink options—gluten free and dairy free options also. Our wait staff Mariotta was alone as her coworker called in. She was phenomenal keeping up with everything and had a great attitude. Great place overall!

Gluten-free crepes were delicious! They even had gluten-free pretzels (the good ones) to go on top.

Dietary restrictions: Almost everything can be made gluten free with all the fixings

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ravens Nest. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I was a little skeptical at first because it didn't seem like we were entering the right place at first. The establishment offers a wide variety of crepe options, each more delicious than the last. Additionally, their selection of teas and coffees are sure to please even the most discerning palate. Now let's talk about the atmosphere at Ravens Nest. It's both vintage, hip, and cozy! Which in my opinion, makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy whatever you bought from this establishment. While there are limited seating arrangements available, the friendly customer service more than makes up for it. The staff is always busy preparing fresh and hot food items or tiding up. What I thought was cool was the fact that you can even watch them work their magic right in front of your eyes. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the establishment, as well as the sanitary practices in place. The guests are expected to clean up after themselves, which was not a major inconvenience. Honestly, lots of cozy, small coffee shops here in this town have there own bins for people to clean up after themselves. So this isn't anything out of the ordinary for people who know/live here.
Overall, Ravens Nest is a fantastic spot for a quick bite or a leisurely coffee break. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty crepe and a warm cup of coffee. You won't be disappointed!
