Not the most typical Starbucks brand experience I would have expected. I waited for about 1 minute before finally being greeted. After that, the service continued to go downhill. The person in front of me had their name called when their beverage was ready, but mine was just placed on the counter. They even received a thank you for coming. Not even a thank you or acknowledgment. I honestly felt like I was discriminated against as the service was most definitely different for the customer in front of me. Worst experience at a Starbucks ever! Would not recommend going to this location at all and would say go to one of the other cafes/coffee shops on the main strip.

Walked in and placed an order for two drinks. Order went in at 3:38. Got my first drink within 10mins. We waited around for over 25mins while multioule online & instore orders were being made. People who ordered after us got their drinks & I finally asked if my sons drink has been started. Both of the bristas were very rude about it. I mentioned that it was 4:05pm & has been almost 30mins for one drink. One brista ignored me while the other one was extreamly rude. I understand it gets hectic & they've messed up my order multiple times but i typically let it go, but waiting over 30mins for a drink while other people come and go & then be treated rudly when asked about it isn't okay. This location has A LOT of issues that need to be addressed.

I usually prefer stand alones but this Starbucks made my drink better than anyplace I’ve been to and the baristas were very kind and understanding
Wouldn’t recommend this place. Anne the Cashier was very rude and messed up my order. Don’t waste your time coming this this Starbucks. Would much rather drive to Target and have good customer service at their Starbucks store.
