When this place is open the baristas do a pretty good job. However there has been several times that I have shown up 10 or 15 minutes before it closes, wait in line for over 10 minutes, and then the barista tells me that they're now closed and will not provide service. Very frustrating for those that have waited in line only to be told later that they are closed.
