Drive thru kinda sucks because it's a automatic machine and they really don't toast your sub and don't give Mayo packets. Price is ridiculous too everything else is alright

Came to subway to get something refreshing... just something small, ordered a number #99 for veggies I got spinach because that's what I prefer over lettuce.. they seriously put 4 pieces of spinach on my sandwich.... we pay almost 15 for a sub and you only put 4 pieces of spinach on there.. busy or not.. not the point...

I'm not a huge fan of this Subway. Don't use the drive-thru and expect your order to be correct. Several times they have screwed up my orders. On one occasion, my son ordered a Pizza Sub, which is the Meatball Marinara sauce and pepperoni. I got home and there was no sauce anywhere on the sub. I called the manager and went back for a replacement sub. The manager confronted the worker who said, "Well, some people don't want sauce on their subs." Okay, Dude 1. You didn't ask me how I wanted the sub and 2. It's a Pizza Sub! That's how it's made. Maybe next time instead of arguing you could just make the sub correctly.

Dietary restrictions: My son used to have a dairy allergy. Subway will accommodate your dietary needs you'll just need to ask.

Extremely bad service. Went to the drive-thru and got something for my wife but they gave me the wrong order. Called in to get a refund or some type of credit and they refused. The biggest part is an employee had to keep going back and forth to the manager and I even asked to speak to the manager and he refused to speak to me at all and refuse to do anything to rectify this. I even asked for their name and they refused to give me that as well Just having this entire conversation through an employee who had to keep going back and forth. Extremely unprofessional for a manager not to step up when there's an issue and to hide behind an employee. Honesty I feel extremely sorry for the employees that have to work under them.

There were 0 customers and they still managed to not start my order until after I drove across to get there. Tired of how they treat dashers. We bring you business, treat us better.
This establishment is a joke. I have been very patient thinking i just keep catching them on a bad day. I care for 94 year old aunt and the dude in the glasses has the WORST ATTITUDE I have ever seen. My aunt likes her subway and just telling him I need two sandwiches and what bread grinds his gears. He rolls his eyes. He’s rude and impatient and makes it very clear he doesn’t want to serve you. I have kept my mouth shut but today, the lettuce on one side was brown so I asked for the fresh lettuce on the other side. Then a woman came in and did the same thing and he looked her in the face and asked “what’s wrong with this lettuce?” Very rudely. He’s there every time I’ve come in. I’ve kept my mouth shut about it countless times and I’m just fed up! I can’t believe this guy is still working there!!!! Everyone else is so personable! He is the rudest most condescending ignorant person I’ve had to ever deal with and I am a 13 year bartender! The guy with short hair and glasses clearly hates his job! Again I have kept my mouth shut for months but I dread walking into this subway cause I can’t stand his hate for people walking in! Tried calling the store for a manager and they left it off the hook. I come in on a regular basis and order a herd and cheese 6in with chick and American cheese and a foot long Italian with chick and American! I only come in still cause again my 94 year old aunt likes subway. This guys needs to be fired. If she didn’t love subway I would never step foot in again.

Fresh sandwiches,veggies & cheese. Service is okay. Not the best not the worst. It's a hit or miss. But normally it's fast and efficient. I usually order online now. Not for that reason but it's faster and more efficient than ordering in person or drive thru. Plus my coupons always work online than in person. It seems to never work in person when they try to scan it. Which is slightly frustrating but not the end of the world. There was only a handful of times theyve missed up my order. But accidents happen, and it wasn't often. Just a couple of times. Most of the time they recognize me and know I'm doing an online order. The manager was always super friendly to me. She was always cheerful and sweet. She even calls me honey, which I find funny! I have tried the footlongs of the "new" items. I liked them all. But the cookie one I tried tasted too crunchy and not something I prefer. But overall will continue to go back ?

Honestly, I never write reviews and I give establishments a lot of grace because working in a food industry sucks. We get coupons in the mail and on three occasions I’ve gone in to use them (specifically the two foot longs for $13.99) and every employee tries to scan it, can’t, tries to manually enter it, doesn’t work. When it does scan they say the coupons already been used. If this was just it, then I get it but they also get my order wrong every time! I use the drive thru kiosk and I double check my order, still get it wrong. Overall, just poor staff who either don’t have the training to actually help the customer or don’t care about us at all.
