I am only giving this 5 stars because of the chicken catina burrito. It's fantastic on every level. I hope it's real chicken ? but it's amazing regardless. I am kind of paranoid this burrito is a psyop. That burrito needs it's own spin off restuarant.

Jesus christ, this place is terrible. usually its fine, but today only one of the items my partner and i ordered had no issues. We got three hardshell tacos with stale shells, my potato bowl had had refried beans when i didnt ask for it, my softshell taco didnt have any cheese or lettuce, one of the quesadillas was cold and had unmelted cheese, and we were missing two things we ordered. Missing items are a staple of this location as it has happened a lot in the past. The workers here are rude and lazy, we wont be going here again.

I don’t think I have ever had such friendly employees at a Taco Bell restaurant. Seriously genuine customer service. I was a little blown away because you don’t see this often, especially at fast food.

the lady was really mean she yelled out my entire order of 10 tacos and 20 burritos and started offering it to people since i couldn’t run to the counter fast enough (i’m disabled in my legs). DO NOT COME HERE❌
