My wife & I had Tandem Bagels this morning for breakfast. We each ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich & toasted bagels with cream cheese.They were quite busy, however the customer service was outstanding! The worker who took my order was working his tail off to stay caught up with everything and didn't miss a beat!We also ordered coffee. My wife's iced latte was very good, however my Americano was just okay at best. I ordered iced, but it was made hot. I didn't bother to ask for a new one since they were busy.

Don’t go here!!! They just pause door dash orders whenever they please and so when customers order they don’t get their order and door dashers don’t get compensated as promised and they tell you it’s not their problem—it’s your problem!!! They are the problem!!! They’re the worst!!! ?

A bald employee was extremely rude to customers, berating them for standing in certain areas, and criticizing others for asking him questions. Upon asking for a pick up order with a name, he informed a customer that he had way too many of them, and a name simply wasn't enough information to find a pick-up order (despite the name being on the pick-up receipt). The bagels tasted great, but this employee's behavior is not ok.

Was a really delicious bagel and coffee that unfortunately took a long time to prepare (20 ish mins? —just a bagel with cream cheese) however overall the taste was definitely worth it!

Not the most efficient system to place an order, pay and wait. But certainly not the worst.I used to be a bagel baker, so I am a bit picky about my bagels. These were ok. Veggie cream cheese has too much carrot for my liking.I'd try again, just to confirm it wasn't an off day.
Love their seasonal drink and bagel specials! Make sure to pick up their everything bagel spice to keep in your spice cupboard at home.

good bagels but way too cream cheese on bagels! If you like a thin layer of cream cheese on your bagel you need to clarify that because it’s way too much that they put on. It makes it very messy to eat. Their bagel sandwiches are excellent though and i’ve never had an issue with those

Love this place! Do not come to Northfield without going to Tandem Bagel. Their Bike Lox is wonderful! They also have a tasty assortment of fresh bagels from which to choose. Add a cup of their coffee with your bagel, and the day can't get much better.
