My wife & I had Tandem Bagels this morning for breakfast. We each ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich & toasted bagels with cream cheese.They were quite busy, however the customer service was outstanding! The worker who took my order was working his tail off to stay caught up with everything and didn't miss a beat!We also ordered coffee. A bald employee was extremely rude to customers, berating them for standing in certain areas, and criticizing others for asking him questions. Upon asking for a pick up order with a name, he informed a customer that he had way too many of them, and a name simply wasn't enough information to find a pick-up order (despite the name being on the pick-up receipt). The bagels tasted great, but this employee's behavior is not ok.
Was a really delicious bagel and coffee that unfortunately took a long time to prepare (20 ish mins? —just a bagel with cream cheese) however overall the taste was definitely worth it!
