After years of being a faithful Pause-pizza-lover, I am motivated to write a review today after having an excellent customer service experience. Due to a high-volume order that came in just after opening, student workers were busy and accidentally misplaced my order. After the mistake was brought to the kitchen manager's attention, my order was ready within five minutes, and I got two free Pause cookies (to die for) to boot! Thank you! Pause pizza 5ever.
