Driving through, decided to stop for a drink and light lunch. Drive through was not busy so figured it would go quick. Placed my order and drove to the window and waited… waited longer… and longer. It was probably 10 minutes or more before they came to the window and took my payment and finally got drinks and food. I was just putting my car into drive to leave it took so long.
Fine.. things happen.
Then getting the food it was a bit disappointing . The wrap was very tasty but so small - there was maybe one slice of turkey in it. Two drinks and a wrap for my wife and I was $28.
They charge 3.75% to use your card which is ridiculous. I don’t know a payment processor that charges a merchant that fee - so they are effectively profiting off of people that don’t carry cash - not just covering costs.
Maybe I just had a series of unfortunate events, but all things considered I can’t see stopping again.

The two people working were just wonderful. Jadelyn and Brinna. Kind, courteous and professional. My latte was delicious. The signature salad was NOT good. The dressing smelled and tasted like wood varnish. I could not eat the salad. My co-worker got a different salad. Id go back for coffee but now apprehensive about the food.

If you are looking for somewhere that you feel good after eating the food, this is the place to go. Their service is extremely slow, even when there is no line, so it's not somewhere you'd want to go in a rush. The Kale Salad is one of my favorite things and made me realize I actually like Kale.
Sarah, Apple and staff are wonderful. They always greet you with a smile and friendly conversation. I was there last week and had one of their new bowls - the chicky, chicky bang, bang and it was fantastic. My friend had the Greek one and said it was great too.

Sarah and her staff are the epitome of excellence! Every time I visit The Vault I'm greeted with a friendly smile and treated like a regular (which I've become). If you're in Northfield, do yourself a favor and visit The Vault for coffee, breakfast, and lunch.

The Vault is one of the best places in the area! They have fantastic coffee and food - plus I tried their coffee flights the other day and they were awesome! Also, I had them cater a company holiday party for me and everything they made was soooo tasty! Don’t forget about their drive through if you’re in a hurry too. Definitely have to check out this place if you’re nearby!
