Clean, with nice staff. But the service is super slow. We come for the play area mostly and it is kept up better than most other McD's. Inside the soda/syrup ratio for the Dr P is not right, it's getting too much soda. Reported it to the morning manager 2 weeks ago and still no change. I just ask for my drink to be filled from behind the counter now. This morning it took 10 minutes to get 1 hashbrown and 1 drink.
The NYA daytime crew is shockingly good! Fries are too smoking hot to eat right away which is ideal! Sandwiches always taste hot and freshly made as well. I've been to this location at least 10 times and it's the best McDonald's experience I've had since the 90s. Believe it or not, McDonald's can still be good in 2024. Except the prices of course but the app helps.
It's fast food, so I set the bar low. It is what you expect it to be. Drive thru was convenient and fast. Prices are high. If you have time find a restaurant in the area, as prices are similar and food is better.
