We have done business here often. Just picked up our online order, got home and realized they gave us a six inch instead of 12 inch for one of our sandwiches. Tried calling store and all you would get is a fax beep, so had to drive back to store. Left order at home for my guests to eat while I ran back. The young man at the counter insisted I go back home and get the sandwich and bring it in before they could make any correction. I asked what could they do with the 6" why...read full review
