Awful ownership. Would not recommend
The absolute worst customer service! By the owner and his son!!
Went during lunch a couple of months ago, service slow, never got our food order except our bowl of soup. We had to leave to get back to work.
Decided to try lunch once again. No one waited on us, said, they'd be there. Waited 15 minutes no one came at all. Left again with no food and went thru KFC drive through. JW's Bierstube is a friendly restaurant that offers amazing food, from twin petite steaks to Reuben Egg rolls. The staff is accommodating for special occasions, and the atmosphere is inviting. On Fridays, they serve an all-you-can-eat Fish fry that is highly recommended. While some find the service hit or miss, the overall experience is enjoyable with fast service and delicious food. Be sure to try their ice cream molten lava cake for a sweet treat! The regulars are good people, and the bartender Jamie always knows what customers want to drink. However, one customer had a negative experience with a bartender denying service, but still considers this a great bar with fantastic food.
