Hostess was rude never entered us in the waitlist. Waited forever for waitress to show up . Order was taken and served wrong order, bathrooms dirty, waited forever for check at which we had to ask for . . Only putting review in cause this 3rd time now at this location it’s been awful so now we won’t be back .
Ordered large order of wings, requested extra crispy. Wings were barely cooked and soggy. No seasoning even though we ordered desert heat and chipotle bbq. 100 dollars worth of wings and they gave is 3 carrots and 4 pieces of celery. Tried calling to complain and sat on hold for a manager for 15 mn with no one ever coming to the line. Would not recommend anything from this location
I've been to many Bdub locations do to my time in the military and traveling for work. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. First off, the staff is horrible. I walked in and seated myself. I was waiting for a friend I hadnt seen in about 4 years. I waited for probably 20 minutes before anyone came up to me.
She said, you're waiting for take out right. I said no.
