I went there not knowing what way was up, and I must say my first experience with buffalo wild wings was an amazing one. My server Skylar was incredibly sweet and understanding, and the drink presentation was amazing! I am looking forward to my next visit.
The food was good, though it took a while longer than it should have. Please stop serving the baby carrots. Baby carrots are coated with harmful waxes to make them shiny. You can even save costs by buying whole carrots and slicing themselves to serve carrot sticks.
I went to BDubs recently and my order was wrong, the gentleman taking care of my son and I swiftly corrected the issue and sincerely apologized. Yes that's customer service I know, but his attitude was so infectious, and welcoming. He has an attitude I have never encountered in customer service especially food service.
