I’ve never had a bad experience at this Caribou! Everyone is always friendly and has a smile on their face! There’s nothing better than hot coffee! (ho ho mint was a recommendation of the staff and it was totally worth it!)

Visited the Oakdale Caribou again after a not so great experience a couple of weeks ,(2-3 weeks) ago. Was happy to see the holiday flavors are available. This time the service was a bit better. 8n my last review I noted that the staff were not calling out customer names when food or beverage was ready. My name was said once and the staff I interacted with were very nice, they were at least calling out the food and beverage orders when they were ready. No names being called out. Hmm.... I do appreciate that the staff was very friendly. The iced cranberry dark chocolate crafted press was delicious. Thank you.

Visited on November 1st around 9 a.m. — I was very happy with my beverages and the service overall was great! I want to give a special shoutout to the new team member who was training on hot beverages this morning — you’re doing amazing! However, I did want to mention that I noticed a co-worker speaking a bit passive aggressive when the new person accidentally added whipped cream to a drink that requested no whip. Mistakes happen, especially when learning! Please remember that everyone is new at some point — a little kindness and patience go a long way. I just felt bad for the new person who was really trying their best.
