4 people working behind the counter and I Stood at counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, even after they all made eye contact with me. There was no one else in line. No one smiled. Sandwich was very chewy as if overly microwaved. Will not patronize this location again.

Recommend going to any other Caribou, this one is ok but every time I’ve been here the drinks taste like they’re trying to save money on ingredients, no whip, no chocolate chips, I think you have to ask for it. We ordered a kids hot chocolate it was basically just warm milk, also ordered a malted mocha which also tasted like mostly milk and no toppings. Service is pretty slow here I wouldn’t stop there if you’re short on time, also stopped there just to buy a gift card one time and drove up to the window because there was no line and they told me I had to go back and order the gift card through the drive thru which seemed pretty unusual. This is the most convenient location near my house but I will be taking the farther drive for better drinks and service. Food is usually also made poorly compared to other locations.

Why is it so hard to make a drink with lite ice when asked? Other caribous I've stopped at do it right except this one. I will send my drink back and ask for a remake since I ordered it that way. Need to get staff on board on how to make drinks with lite ice. Takes me hours to drink one I don't want me drink watered down
