This place is what Oakdale needed. Cute and quaint. The food though. Oh. My. So fresh! The small menu allows them to do what they have right. The fish is so fresh and buttery. The skewers are absolutely a must. We got a pork belly and steak. We loved them so much we got another order lol. We also got the crunchy roll and the red dragon roll. I came in here for the Chicken Katsu Bento Box and it met all my expectations and more! I highly suggest their Bento boxes which allow you to try so many items from tempura fried vegetables, California roll, braised potatoes and carrot in a sweet soy sauce, choice of rice, and your main dish. I wish I lived closer because I would order one weekly for take out. It is a small restaurant, so if you have a large group, seating would be hard if it is busy.
