Why is it so hard to make a drink with lite ice when asked? Other caribous I've stopped at do it right except this one. I will send my drink back and ask for a remake since I ordered it that way. Need to get staff on board on how to make drinks with lite ice. Takes me hours to drink one I don't want me drink watered down
Pleasant, many people working alone and minding their own business. Comfy chairs are the best. Service was good. Staff work hard to accommodate both drive thru and in store customers.
I come to this location EVERY morning sometimes multiple times a day.... as long as I am there when EMMA is working I know my drink will be made correctly I give her my perks number and she knows exactly what I get. I adore her for that reason I will always go back!!! THANK YOU EMMA FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE now I need a couple of girls there to pick up on your skills ?
