Placed an online order. Was told it would be ready at 552pm. Got there at 603pm. Sign on the door saying closed at 6pm due to low staffing. No call and no update on website that they were closing early. Credit card charged when order placed. Looked in store window and there was my order sitting in their rack unrefrgerated at the front of the store. I understand the issues businesses are facing with staffing but not calling or posting anything on website is unacceptable customer service.
I've gotten pizza a few times from this place, always good. But they let me order really close to closing time, and were super nice and helpful about it. Great closing staff, keep up the great work.

I love their pizza. The lady at the register on Sunday helped me greatly by suggesting their New York style pizzas and how they were the most bang for my buck. Helped make my decision easy. Was in and out quickly. And she was kind when I unneccesarily explained it was for my family during a hard time. My family all loved the pizzas and everyone said the pepperoni and sausage was the best! I will never forget her kindness though.
