Starbucks in Oakdale

“I went to do some last minute shopping and stopped by to get some Starbucks Tuesday morning. They were pretty busy and I waited about 8 minutes in line, but they were pretty quick and kept a positive attitude throughout. I could tell they had a lot of online orders as they were running around back and forth but still provided excellent service. The two wonderful ladies, taller brunette and the shorter red head, in the morning were the sweetest. I had a warm greeting at the register and had my caramel brûlée latte made perfectly with a kindly and generous send off. They had no complains and did perfectly by how hard they worked together!! Unfortunately, I overheard some customers around me weren’t as joyful as they were rushed but why wait in a line if you are rushed? I thought those two ladies worked perfectly together through the long line of customers.“

“Great friendly people here. The neighborhood needed this location. Regarding some of the other reviews, I'm sure those people have made a few mistakes at their jobs too. I've learned it's bound to happen anywhere we go. What matters is they are given an opportunity to make it right for you. We're all human. We all have our off moments. I enjoyed my visit there today. Vegetarian options: Most of the drink menu can be made vegan. Many options for vegetarian breakfast and snacks including impossible sandwiches (with egg and cheese) and snack trays. Plain bagel is the only vegan food so far however.“
