The employees of this Starbucks disgrace the entire Starbucks coffee chain. They make terrible coffee.

Every time I come here, the workers look and act like they’d rather be dead than be nice to customers.. they don’t talk to you other than tell you the total and they keep up charging my drinks or just not even making the size i order.. they are the SLOWEST workers i have ever seen and I used to be a barista as well.. I would’ve gotten fired immediately if i was as rude and slow as they were.. i’m honestly shocked people go here.. i try and give them another chance every month or so but nope..

Closed today inside. Starbucks used to be a wonderful social place. Most of the time you could go in have a coffee and relax. Most places have cut that out. They don’t want you in long, buy there expensive stuff and get out.

Worst drink ever, do starbucks workers even know what coffee is. I assume not my drink is pure milk. I will not be buying from here again. Learn how to make an actual coffee it’s really not that hard, i use to do it everyday.

This place is not part of the Starbucks rewards program because they are “owned by Hyvee”. Don’t bother going to this place, there are tons of other locations in the area that DO participate in the rewards program.

I went drive thru tonight. The drink was terrible. When I ask them make it again. Both men had a bad attitude. Poor customer service. Cups to small. I will go to caribou.
