It’s fast

It was terrible, the mexi pizza was made half assed, the refried beans were used plopped in a big gob in the middle and none on the outside, hardly any red sauce and there was absolutely no cheese 4 inches from the edge all around when you considered you paid 12 dollars for 2 that's ridiculous. Then we got a gordita with ranch that we 2x asked to make sure did not. So we will not be going here again.

Order taco family pack plus 3 nacho fries and
cinnamon twist , after I paid I was asked to go around the corner and wait. Sat and waited patiently for 8-10 minutes and wondered to myself how long does it take to make 12 tacos and so I went the store and ask where my order was. Cashier handed me my box/bag and after further inspection, the nacho fries (3) were upside down and missing my cinnamon twist again. After arriving home (5 minutes) drive open box/bag and my son said the fries and taco felt cool.

Looks like new management just took over, Not impressed and will be my last time I'm heading over there , plus staff seemed like they're mad at the world ...

Fast and friendly service and order was done correctly

They had forgotten my chicken quesadilla when I had gotten home and I had to go all the way back to get it fixed up. They didn’t even give me my receipt and the food tasted funny.

Ordered through the app. Told me it would be done and I showed up. Took an additional 25 min of me standing inside with no customer service and no information. Then I get my food and half the food is barely warm because they left it all sit out waiting for 1 thing to finish instead of doing it all right when the other items was done. Absolutely ridiculous

Went inside to order take out. Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. It took 25 minutes to get our order. I looked in back and 3 workers and were in no hurry. Not worth the wait. Next time I will go down the street and get Taco Johns!

Aggressive employee (Alec), rude, can’t handle the pressure when it’s busy and has the employees scared of him.
I ordered my food and went to pay cash at the counter. A young man, who was filling the chip bags, came over to the counter to take payment. The employee (Alec) who was at the drive-up window, came over to do something under the counter. The young man asked him if the register at the counter was open and Alec told him no. Alec stood up, looked at the young man and pointed back at the chips for him to go back there. Alec told me to stop harassing his employees and he would take my payment. He proceeded to walk back to the drive-up counter, yelled that he was busy, not to harass his employee, that only one register was open. The young man went back to filling chip bags and mouthed, I’m Sorry to me.
Alec came back and took the money, brought the change back and I asked him what his name was. He told me Alec, and I proceeded to tell him he was rude, that you don’t talk to customers that way. Alec told me I was rude, that he was busy, that I was harassing his employees. The young man was doing his job, waiting on customers that were at the counter, which is something that this particular store lacks in. He did nothing wrong, he came to the counter, nobody asked him. I could tell that he was afraid of Alec.
Since Alec wanted to argue with me about his treatment of customers in front of another customer, I told him to go back to what he was doing and to wait on the young lady who was standing next to me waiting for her drink cup that wasn’t given to her. Alec then proceeded to tell me not to tell him what to do.
Alec cannot handle the pressure when it’s busy. There was no reason that the other register shouldn’t have been open. Not everyone pays with a credit card. I’ve worked retail, in customer service, and I know that’s not how you handle or treat customers. Nobody harassed any employee there. The young man was doing his job, helping customers, and no employee should be afraid at their workplace.
Alec should be let go or needs to be trained in how to handle things when it’s busy. Also, his appearance needs to be cleaned up.
I definitely won’t be going back to that Taco Bell, as long as he’s there. Good thing there’s a Taco John close by. I would rather pay a little more than have to deal with an aggressive employee who thinks that an employee waiting on a customer is a customer harassing an employee.

Very RUDE worker… wasn’t nice at all!!! Rude/Mean to costumer like LITERALLY; absolutely for no GAWD DAMN reason. And telling me I don’t know my OWN name… When CLEARLY pronouncing it wrong… “John” is a common name. It ain’t “Jon” or nothing. So, pronounce it correctly before targeting me. 😒

- Thanks, sincerely costumer!
