We were taken to our seats where we waited over 5 minutes before they even asked for our drinks. The dude that was our server seemed super stoned or something idk what his deal was. We ordered 2 burger baskets with fries and cheese curds It took well over 20 minutes and the appetizer didn’t come till after we got our food. So we get out burgers and they gave my girlfriend MASHED POTATOES!! who tf orders MASHED POTATOES with a burger. So then they scrape the potatoes off and don’t even get her a new plate they had gravy all over her burger and remnants of mashed potato on her plate. we notified the server and they didn’t seem to care one bit. They gave us half off of our cheese curds. Then I paid our bill with 100 my change was 76.97 after I used some comps and our server brought my change back and he only gave me 35$!!!!! I had to call him back over there and said he made a mistake and under his breath he was all like “oh I’m sorry I’d never try to steal I wouldn’t steal” never said anything about stealing. Obviously you were trying to get a tip for your absolutely disgusting attitude and terrible service. I’ll never go back here to eat again. Worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. You’d think they’d be held to a higher standard considering how much money flows through that place. A complete disgrace and disregard for people.

2 prior visits the past 1/2 yr were good. Good food & service. Most recently was another story. Was solo this time, to meet others later. So sat at the bar. Ordered a golden ale/pilsner, but got a dark bock. When I told her it's the wrong beer, she acted like she didn't believe me. Another bartender overheard and said some work was done on the lines and some got hooked up wrong. I ordered food within 10 minutes. And patiently waited .... 1/2 hr, 1 hr, 1hr 15 min. Still no food & no updates on the delay. Two couples on the other side sat down shortly after I did. They had already got their food, ate and left, 1 hr, 20 min later, I was going to leave, hungry. I mentioned this to the bartender, but all I got was excuses. I asked for a manager, who finally came out with my food a few minutes later. Not a good experience!

very disappointed! waited in line for almost 30 minutes and no one seated us, or bothered to act knowledge us. I seen 2 waitresses standing around doing a lot of talking, so we got the hint and left. my husband was riding a scooter so maybe you don't serve the elderly. Done with grand casino.

Came up north for MEA weekend to see the fall colors, stopped by Gand Casino for some fun and games including a quick bite at their sit down 1991 Kitchen restaurant as casino no longer has a buffet. Had their 1lb crab leg dinner special ( green beans, baked potatoes and a bun). Don’t waste your $$$$, crab legs were pinky size, extra charge to substitute baked for mashed, not filling at all even with extra green beans for on my spouse!Parking: Convenient

On a Monday morning the parking lot was empty at the Casino. We went in the main entrance and dutifully followed the signage which said “restaurants” all the way to the south end of the building where we found a closed restaurant. We asked the lonely cleaning person if they served breakfast and she informed us that it was at the other end where we had just come in. So we meandered back through all of the slot machines and found the 1991 Restaurant which was built in 1991 (how clever!). They greeted and seated us promptly at a newly cleaned booth amongst the geriatric day gambler locals. With only two servers and a host, they were moving fast. A coffee and orange juice we’re on the table in the blink of eye. The waitress circled back twice due to our menu inattention. I simply got 3 pancakes. She got an omelette. Both were okay although, well, kinda plain. We enjoyed our time here and the staff was very hardworking.
