1991 Kitchen Reviews
Burgers good, vegetables fresh. Hamburger patties looked like frozen patties pre-made, but were cooked well done as ordered.
The hospitality was great here! The servers, greeters were very nice and prompt. Thank you! First time here, we’ll be back.
Menu is much smaller than it was 5 years ago. Food is still good! Cheeseburger was delicious. If there is a wait you can make a reservation and they will text you when there is availability. Which is awesome, leaves time to enjoy rest of the casino.

The 1991 Kitchen, located in Gand Casino, offers decent food with some good options and attentive service. While the dinner menu features a 1lb crab leg special, diners should note that crab sizes may vary and there is an additional charge for substitutions. Breakfast options are available, making it a convenient dining spot for hotel guests. However, the menu could benefit from a wider variety. Parking is convenient for those planning a visit.
Recent reviews highlight mixed experiences. One customer noted issues with flies while dining, which detracted from their celebration. Another reviewer mentioned that the prime rib, particularly when ordered the Grand way, can be overcooked and tough. However, many enjoy the overall atmosphere and friendly service. A guest praised the queen-cut prime rib, which came with vegetables and mashed potatoes for $30, appreciating the fair price and quality. The Prime Rib Sandwich and Chicken Fried Steak dinner were also well-received, although the sauce on the Chicken Fried Steak was noted to taste more like cheese sauce than white gravy.
