They were a little busy and nobody wanted to help us at the registers right after the girl stamped our hands and let us in... Super ridiculous when they stamp your hand and let you in but hurry off to the back instead of helping you buy a card to start playing games... We waited about 7 minutes before getting frustrated and leaving...

Disappointing! It’s been awhile since we last went, but many games were not working at all. Most games give MUCH less tickets. May be fun for younger kids, more little kid games, but crowded, machines down. Then we couldn’t redeem tickets because the cash register was down.

A little short staffed on the night we visited. I felt bad watching the two gals scrambling, so I couldn’t complain about the service. It would be nice if they had one more person on to reduce wait times and take some of the stress off these gals. But clean and friendly. All of the games were working. My son loved the games and dancing with Chuck E cheese.

We hosted a birthday party for my son a couple of weeks ago. I never had a problem with this Chuck E Cheese but I have noticed a positive change in management. Our birthday party hostess was wonderful and I noticed there were dedicated employees cleaning constantly. Hands down the best Chuck E Cheese I've ever visited. Every employee deserves a raise.
