Great time at this Chuck E. Cheese location last night with our 3-year-old! The staff was so nice and helpful, which really made for wonderful experience!!

I went there on nov 7th , for a party for my grandchild turning 2, we arrived and it 20 minutes before we made to our party table Only for name be wrong, food took forever Chucky came out 15 minutes before the party ended, we didn’t get the ticket blaster or anything that came with the party Bought 12 bands for jumping part only to be put out 45 minutes later because they was under staff , then the Gm calls me to tell me they did the best they can , I payed for an experience she never received I will be disputing my card if I don’t get a call by corporate or district, I payed in full for a half experience. Don’t Go There For A Party I’ll update after hearing from corporate

Only photos I have are with kids not in my party not upset just would have been nice to not be on underneath a 1yr Olds party if there was one table in between or got anything else never pay for chuck e as you can't have a photo with just your kid even if you book and be in the corner and 13 and 1 yr old have sit next too each other when there were 3 more tables? Why and never ever will I ask for help when you mess up again as I asked for help and still got none it ok that we had to sit next to 1 yr old but I was told after messing everything up up it would be ok and wasn't so special needs or not don't waist your time or money. Dave and busters from now on!

Not the Chuck E Cheese I reminder from 20 years ago. Place was very clean and open. This was a pleasant surprise will be bringing the Grandkids back again.

The animatronic no longer works because of 2.0 remodel that is happening, (they started removing it when I was there) but the games were good.

I had an awesome time here! Fun games, great food, and the animatronic was awesome! The only two things are the food taking too long and two isn’t really service related but eventually they will unfortunately have to remove the studio c setup which will be really sad to see it go but overall great time!
