I went in today and watched an employee cleaning above the stoves with a tool that had a cloth on an extension pole that he sprayed cleaner on and wiped down the surface directly above the food being cooked knocking any kind of debris and dust into the food being cooked and prepared. It was gross to think I would be eating that. So I did not eat what he was making.

On August 31 around 9 PM at Panda Express, I was served by a woman named Merlen. Her behavior was unprofessional: her facial expression showed clear disrespect, and the way she asked questions while serving food was rude and discourteous. Such an attitude is unacceptable in customer service and left me with a very negative impression of the restaurant

Food was good. Order was slightly wrong but hey we all make mistakes. Used order ahead method but that doesn't allow you to verify the order before you leave. Food was ready on time, We love Panda Express. Great prices too. The bigger plate meal easily feeds two of us.
