On August 31 around 9 PM at Panda Express, I was served by a woman named Merlen. Her behavior was unprofessional: her facial expression showed clear disrespect, and the way she asked questions while serving food was rude and discourteous. Such an attitude is unacceptable in customer service and left me with a very negative impression of the restaurant

Food was good. Order was slightly wrong but hey we all make mistakes. Used order ahead method but that doesn't allow you to verify the order before you leave. Food was ready on time, We love Panda Express. Great prices too. The bigger plate meal easily feeds two of us.

Always closing 30mins-1hr early for no reason. No point in coming to a place if you never know when they’re actually open. Second time now pulling up to them closing 45mins+ early on a random day and workers wiping windows and shake their head at me through the glass

Best panda express in the whole state of Minneosta. Fresh and good food, they always have chow mein on deck, and they give a good portion. Employees are kind and nice. The one in Brooklyn Park be skimping really hard on the food and are slow. Thank you for good service 🙏

When i order on Tuesday at noon, there is always a sysco truck blocking the entrance. Counter staff is not attentive to people who are picking up.

My daughter ordered the bigger plate she ordered the Walnut honey shrimp, teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken. They gave no sauce for the teriyaki Chicken the Orange chicken was kind of tasteless and the Walnut Honey Shrimp tasted old, In all it was a waste of 15.00 I will never go to this Panda Again
