All the pops were out and when I tried to get my money back for the pop the cashiers said no I asked for a manager and they weren’t there very rude barley had any food out and my food taste cold and gross and I’d never go back & do not recommend that location at all this was on march 20th . I had went either to get a bowl or plate. I asked if they had the angus steak and the cashier went and asked the cook in front of me saying it’ll be about 5 minutes. So I proceeded to get a plate. They MADE me pay, then right after I get done paying they said they didn’t have steak. I said ok, I’ll just pay for what I have and they said they couldn’t give me a refund because the “manager” wasn’t there. My order would’ve been completely different. Now I paid for what I didn’t want wasting food and money. It is not ok to say you have something, make the customer pay knowing you lied, then being unable to refund the customer. Horrible. That is unacceptable.

We went September 19th 2022.The pad Thai was good. But the beyond orange chicken was literally the BEST THING I'VE EVER TASTED!I was so disappointed when I went and left because there was no beyond orange chicken. ? PLEASE DO THE VEGAN/VEGETARIANS JUSTICE AND BRING IT BACKKKKK. (I'm pretty sure it is coming back and that was just a test run tho. But they had to refill it every time I was there so it was very popular)

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at pickup time, food was not ready. Waited 5mins, then asked staff if they knew how much longer it would be. They said they were making one of the entrees and it would be another 15-20mins. I asked to switch or substitute entrees to avoid the wait. I finally got my order 20mins after the online pickup time. The kitchen staff were more helpful than the people working the line and registers.
The food tastes great but when we order online the portion sizes are super tiny. Here's a picture of a plate and the beef and broccoli only had a single piece of beef hidden under the broccoli which never happens when we order in person.

Used to go here weekly the one awesome cook I don’t think works there anymore. Last night it was a young male. The chicken was mushy and the Fried rice had no flavor. Was basically just white rice- he forgot to add the sauce, chicken was undercooked. I usually have leftovers but threw them out. Garbage was over flowing and floors were sticky. Won’t be returning any longer. Lost a loyal customer sorry. Only good food was the cream cheese ragoons I ordered.
