The customer service at this location is the best in the entire midwest, possibly even the nation. There is a young man there that seemed to be the manager (GIVE HIM A RAISE) that was showing his co-workers how to make the new drinks. He was the most accomodating, kind, pleasant, patient employee I have seen in a decade or more. The establishment was spotless, and the condiments were well stocked. I've one ever gone with drive thru in this location, but In my experience, there are usually a lot of inconsistencies in drinks, as well as mediocare or insincere customer engagement, depending on who you're working with. Nothing to keep me from coming though.
The staff at this location have always been extremely speedy and always get my orders and request correct. They have always been very friendly to me and any families I have seen in the store.
