Went there for dinner. We ordered 2 cold subs and it took longer than expected to get our sandwiches given there was no one else in line. There was a problem with one sub and the Staff was very nice and remade it. Unfortunately they ran out of bacon making it the first time. Overall subs were not very good. Pretty disappointing visit.
Haven’t been to an E&G for a long time. I should have stuck to the cold cuts like I remember. Wanted to try something new so I got the Northern Philly. I think there was peppers onions in there, minced? I dunno I wasn’t impressed with the presentation or texture. The flavor was ok and the meat itself was at least tender. Will try cold cut if I go back… may not be for another ten years 😂
Grabbed a couple sandwiches last night around 7:30PM (store closes at 9PM daily) - they were down to 1 loaf of bread left for their subs, but had gluten-free bread left. Took awhile to have sandwiches made, I was the only one through the drive-through line. Outside of that, it's good to start to see some "fast food" options in Otsego. Learning curves ahead, would try again after some time to get adjusted.
