We sat from 6:30-9:30pm for a golf league meeting and not a single server acknowledged we were there while others were getting served all around us. I asked the hostess to send someone over and it never happened, instead we heard the server tell another table that someone was complaining about service when we didn't complain we just asked for someone to maybe get us a drink and I thought I would get food but nevermind... 3 hours and not a single word from server and left without ever making an order outside from the bar. Worst service I have ever had....

Enjoyed my first visit for drinks and dinner. Great service and the prime rib was excellent.

I've had quite a few things from the menu (I have my favorites) but nothing has been less than great (!), including dishes friends and family have eaten that I have not!

Fast service and huge portion sizes. Variety of menu items and daily specials. Bar, tabletop and outdoor seating available. Complimentary popcorn is available and tons of TVs to watch during sporting events. Restaurant overlooks the course.
We had the shrimp po’boy and prime rib special.

Slow. Salad had a hair and bug in it. I told the waitress and she still made me pay for it.

I recently visited Riverwood National Bar and Grill for dinner with my son, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We ordered the Chips and queso, Chicken tender sandwich, and the Philly sandwich.

The queso tasted like it came straight from a jar you buy at the store, lacking any fresh or homemade flavor. The fries were greasy and soggy, which made them quite unappetizing. The chicken tender sandwich was the most concerning; although it appeared to be cooked through, after a few bites, I had to stop eating it due to a bad taste and a spoiled smell. Sadly, I later got sick from it. The Philly sandwich was also a letdown, with extremely soggy bread that made it impossible to eat by hand.

Additionally, the bar and restaurant were extremely busy, and having only one bartender on staff was not enough as she could not keep up with the demand. The waitress appeared to be high school age, which was fine, but there was no one older to guide them on proper work ethic. They spent most of their time standing against the wall just outside of the kitchen talking. To top it off, one of the staff members had their 4 or 5-year-old son running in and out of the kitchen. This is not only a safety concern due to the risk of accidents but also a health concern as it compromises the cleanliness and hygiene of the food preparation area.

Overall, our meal was far from enjoyable, and I hope this was a one off or that the restaurant can improve its food quality and service in the future.

Service was slow and awful. Took forever to get our drinks and then they came one at a time rather than our whole group all at once ( only 4 adults and 2 kids and we just ordered sodas and beers). We had the fish fry. It was ok but not great. Portions were quite large. Little girl in our group wanted ice cream for dessert. It took at least twenty minutes to get the waitress to come back to tell her the choices and after she ordered a simple ice cream sundae it took at least 45 minutes to get it - and that was after complaining twice.
