I love this Starbucks, however recently I saw one of the workers, I think her name was Jordan, yelling at a fellow barista, which I thought was really unprofessional and unkind . She was yelling at him for a reason unknown to me, but it struck a nerve. It’s incredibly rude to act like that to your coworkers and extremely unprofessional.

We were pleased to discover this new, dedicated Starbucks location and decided to stop by. Previously, we had always gone to the Starbucks inside Target for coffee.
Unfortunately, this visit will likely be our last at this location.
One of the employees left a very negative impression. She appeared rude, unprofessional, maybe racist, or simply uninterested in her work. Despite being the first in the drive-thru at 9:30 a.m., she seemed rushed, used a condescending tone, and ended with a disingenuous farewell. It was clear she had no desire to be there nor to serve.
This review is intended to inform management about our experience and to encourage proper training for the employee, ensuring that no customer has a similar experience in the future, ultimately contributing to the store’s success; hopefully.

Wanted to try out this new location as I head this direction pretty frequently. Ordered a drink that I get regularly at other Starbucks and they didn’t even fill it up. I took 2 sips and was just disappointed that I paid $8 for a half full drink. Shop local instead! There are better coffee shops down the road that give you what you pay for.
LOVE this location! All of the baristas are super friendly and do a great job of getting your drink correct the first time. They go above and beyond to make you feel special.

I mean no hate whatsoever I know everyone is trying there best i’ve just gone to this location 3 times now and I don’t know what they do to there pink drinks it’s just always curteled and a dark pink color and unfortunatey always disappointing I will show reference to how the drink is suppose to look.
