Absolute fantastic, friendly service! 5/5
My family has some allergies and food sensitivities and I asked what they had at Drive Thru. The staff went out of their way to make sure to check that the ingredients were okay and helped me come up with the perfect coffee and smoothie! I didn’t catch the ladies name but she said, “anything to keep you safe!” They also were very quick at making the drinks and it’s the best tasting coffee ever! Thank you!

Feeling blessed!! I was speechless!! Went thru Caribou on bridge street around 7pm (decaf 😉). Come to find out the black SUV in front of me paid for our drinks. Thank you mystery people & tan dog 😃. I will do the same and pay it forward!!
I got a pumpkin shaken espresso today and it really hit the spot- perfect coffee-to-flavor ratio. Staff are always kind and the energy is always uplifting. Best chain coffee in Owatonna, by far, because the coffee the drinks are built on is quality, too!
