They forgot an entire order, when I called back to get the order they were rude and said they have orders in front of mine and they deserve to get theirs before mine. EDIT: I did not in fact receive a full order credit. I received an email with 2 options I could claim:
1. 60 points
2. 50% off my next order to be used within 7 days. This situation just keeps getting better and better....
