Went in this morning to order one bagel. I was the only one in line, a small group came in and ordered 5 minutes after I did.They received there breakfast bagels before me. I left after paying and waiting 15 minutes. I messaged OTB, they apologized but didn't offer me another bagel or my money back.

The food was good although my bagel was leaning towards the burned side of toasted. The ample amount of yummy cream cheese helped make up for that. Both the cashier and waitress were unusually grumpy towards us even though we treated them respectfully and spent $$ in their establishment.
