If this Papa Murphy' closes, down I will miss it. Papa Murphy's has become an awesome part of my life. When you don't want to buy a pizza at a grocery store, then I always pick Papa Murphy's. They make the pizza infront of us how we want. Who else does that? No one. Awesome friendly service and if there is a good discount, they let us know. They always say "Thanks for choosing Papa Murphy's is this going to be cash or check today?

Showed up at 6:55 pm on a Saturday and they were already closed. Drove over 20 miles as they post that they are open till 8:00 pm

Always get a quality pizza with friendly employees. Tonight I went in and did a in store order which is rare for me. The employee behind the register recommended white sauce on the Hawaiian pizza, and it is now my new favorite pizza. I didn’t catch her name but she was great and made great pizzas.

Why don't you guys just permanently close your doors instead of stringing people along that you are a legit business? One day you are open, the next you are closed, one day you are taking phone orders, the next you won't, one day there are tons of people working, the next day there is only one, sometimes you can't even get one person to show up, so you are closed because you can't get anyone to work. I drove across town for an order that you said would be ready in five minutes, and you ended up not having ingredients or stock for, so I didn't get anything. Papa Murphy's in Owatonna is a joke. Who manages or owns this place?ETA: I have zero expectations, and am not surprised you left a thinly-veiled snarky reply. I don't need to leave more details because you have experienced the same right with me! Out of stock ingredients, short-staff, employees unwilling to show up for work, locked doors when you should be open, not answering the phone when you say you're open, etc. And mis-management. The guys that were working Friday night were great! They did a good job on the pizza and it tasted great!

Excellent service though management should hire extra staff. One person doing everything is a bit much at 6pm. I would like to thank him for doing an incredible job making my stuffed chicken bacon family size! Awesome job very much appreciated

Nothing worse than biting into your food and having it smell like cigarettes. Nobody in our household smokes so we should not be smelling it. Please wash your hands and wear gloves it is not hard.
