My Wife and I went on a snowy night for her Birthday. There was hardly anyone in the place because of the snow. But, it took a long time for the waiter, Jared to serve us. He took the order fairly normal amount of time. He then brought some bread which we took our time as we wanted the main dish. Then when he brought the main dishes and he realized that he forgotten something. When he came back, I nicely asked, "I thought I ordered Cole Slaw" for a side. He said yes...
I've always loved Timber Lodge and was sad to see them all chose aside from this one. I stopped in for a quick snack on my way back to the cities The menu changed a bit since my last visit. I really wanted the Bear Paw app but it wasn't there. Visit was subpar. I was a little disappointed with the Reuben sandwich. It was salty and didn't have much flavor. The wild rice soup however was amazing as always. I took some to go. I'm sad to say I may not be back....
I have to admit the chainsaw burger was really good. The next time I get it I think I would add just a little bit more barbecue sauce, because I can't stick the whole thing in my mouth.
