Was in the Owatonna wendys today. What a difference than just 3 months ago. Alit friendlier environment and the food is grwat
Slow service, staff are not customer oriented. They are each-other oriented. I waited i side for 7 minutes for an already prepared salad and French fries, watching two on the line chatter and flirt and ignore my order while one young man was cleaning, caring for customers and loading trays. I saw other customers wait similar or longer time at peak supper rush.
I’ve never had 🤢 chili from Wendy’s before. No taste, no flavor nothing.
