Fries cold. Attendant dropped my change into the snow. $.56 cents. How do you do that working a drive-thru window, and then says sorry. One coin, totally understand, but all four coins, careless. Then, we get on the road, no napkins. I will not be stopping here again. Btw, we were the only car in the drive thru, no reason to rush to drop change, no reason to get cold food, and no reason to forget napkins.
I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal and the fries were cold as well as the nuggets. It was later in the night and I’m not making an excuse for them but they aren’t the first Wendy’s to do this to
