Tonight as the young man was passing my mail through the window the bag broke.
He apologized and my meal was replaced in a timely manner.
Thank you to all the workers at the Owatonna MacDonald

McDonald's is a popular fast-food chain where customers can order ahead or dine in. The location offers ample parking and a fun PlayPlace for kids to enjoy, making it a family-friendly spot. The restaurant tends to be very busy, so many customers use the app to order ahead and avoid long lines. Service is generally fast, but sometimes mistakes happen, like getting a flavored coffee instead of a plain one, or food being served not as hot as it should be. The staff is young and still learning, but they try their best to provide good service. The PlayPlace allows kids to let off steam, and the drive-thru is popular, although some customers find the rush to get in line can be hectic. Recent reviews mention that food is usually good, with fries and coke being favorites, but some find the chicken tenders average and prefer other menu options like the McChicken sandwich. Overall, the restaurant is a busy, lively place with friendly staff and a family-friendly atmosphere.
