I would give a negative star rating if I could. The employee left right before we got there (according to others eating icecream outside) and put a "be back in 5 minutes" note. After 37 minutes the person still hadn't returned and we left along with a mom and her very upset little girl.
Slow and poor service and the staff are no respect!
