Got two caramel frappuccinos from here today.Only to get halfway home and discover they are full of coffee grounds and they do not taste like they used to, ugh drive aways to this place to get their coffee and will do so no more absolutely disgusting experience today

I come up every year with my family and for the last 2 years the service has been very rude. I went today with my mom and there was no greeting or any nice face expressions, just rude looks and okays. I just don’t like places where the workers don’t know decent costumer service.

I stopped in to grab a blended coffee for my drive home. Love this place! Very cozy with the fireplace & warm up north vibe. Staff was friendly & fantastic. I ordered a blended Carmel Apple Latte. It was delicious! They also have ice cream. I'll look forward to stopping in again.
Kid-friendliness: Nice for kids & have lots of yummy pastries, ice cream, candy & drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious & relaxing.

Nice, simple menu. Service amazing, ice cream was delicious AND its right bbbnext to a hotel, making it really simple to go get some caribou coffee in morning. Sometimes you get to see some finches on the bird feeder outside of a window if your lucky. Also there’s an arcade and pool next door which I believe is owned by the hotel(not sure). Also they have very yummy treats available for breakfast. My only complaint would be how the tables aren’t always clean.

Coffee was tasty and baristas did a good job, the menu pricing is a little more than a trip to a Caribou/Starbucks - but feels cheaper. Staff seemed kind of flat and overall, I would rather drive into town for a coffee with a smile! Reallly paying a high cost for convenience that has no other value-add here!

The food we ate was fresh and tasty. It was served quickly. Some of our party wanted gluten free and it was provided. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable to be able to visit with friends and yet enjoy our meal.
