Going inside to order only insures you will watch them sit on the counter waiting for someone to decide to hand them to you. But not until they are melting down. And no they weren't busy, no one was waiting. So let's try the driveup. And again you wait for others to get stuff, ok. But pull up and one cone comes out melting without a shape. And the second cone is nowhere to be seen. Wait and wait, still no cone and workers are milling around the place. Ar least Nisswa DQ is very prompt and no melted ice cream.

This place is unreal I sure wish the workers would actually do their job correctly!! Their to busy playing around and not listening I have been taking my kids throughout this year you think if you've complained once they listen not more then 5 times. I have called and complained every time they forget something fries are more times cold then hot I have not received napkins in any of my bags I got chicken strips they forgot them instead of giving them to me she gave me a coupon for a burger! The gravy is never in the box and all 3 last times being here they did let give me all my drinks can't run a proper restaurant shut it down.

We accidentally were served another customer’s Blizzard. My special needs son was eating it before we realized the error. We weren’t asked if we would like the one we had ordered.
Parking: The parking lot has pit holes that will swallow your car.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would have to stay clear of pit holes in parking lot! Inside restaurant very wheelchair friendly.

Just went out to eat for dinner and ngl worst food ever, 3 workers with 1 dine in and 2 drive thru. Didn’t get my food for 20ish min while drive thru time is 5 to 8min, food came out cold/old didn’t look fresh at all. Had a smell to the chicken like it was old or raw. Fries were already stail. + didn’t look like they had certified manager on shift. 6/10

Well my girlfriends flamethrower bacon was raw and than when we had it remade it still had the wrong bacon on her burger plus our fries were raw worst 20 bucks spent ever plus had to listen to a couple with like 6 kids yell at each
