Food was really good, really nice breakfast selection. The waitress was really nice and welcoming at the beginning, after she took our drink order she seemed to become rude, snappy and not as patient. Overall was good, minus the customer service

This was, by far, the best breakfast on my six week bicycle tour from California to Wisconsin in 2024. Also, everyone there was super friendly. A great place!

Met friends who had gone to Money Creek for the Minnesota BMW motorcycle Rally. I was told to be at Burdy's Cafe at 9 am sharp!
I ride a BMW K1200 RS. I had wanted to go to the Rally but the motorcycle broke down.
I texted "Where's Breakfast?"
Worked! Excellent Service. Dry and warm atmosphere when entering the cafe. We asked for the larger room. Removing the gear that had kept me dry in the rains.
Orders from all and the discussions on the rally.
More motorcyclists came in. Laughter and coffee sipping.
The group of riders left the tip or paid with the tip. Soon we were outside. It had stopped raining. I shook hands all around. Watched the riders as they smiled and waved.
I hopped on my KRS. Hit the starter button. Engine idled. Heading home.

The food was good, however the man cooking it was a real jerk to our server. The server did a great job. While we were eating he was chewing her out about how she should enter the kitchen. He also said the reason why there is a curtain covering the entrance was so the costumers could not see him preparing our food and to hide the fact that the Kitchen is dirty. He made us all feel uncomfortable while we were eating. I would not recommend going to this Cafe.

A nice little place in a quiet little town. Service with a smile. I had the Ashley's burger and she was delicious.

Stopped here for breakfast while biking on the Lanesboro bike trail. Nothing fancy but the food and service was first rate. We would return.

One of the best mom and pops restaurants in SE Minn. It's a typical early morning coffee place for card players as well

Not a fancy place, but it's clean some of the nicest people you want to meet work there, and damn the pies that they make! I would travel more than a hundred miles I do just to go there

I don't know which I enjoyed more . . . the great food, the friendly service, or reading the tongue-in-cheek menu descriptions! LOL! Everyone in my group was laughing out loud at the "Norwegian Lutheran Burrito" (not too spicy!)!! Do yourself a favor and stop here for breakfast or lunch!!! It's worth it!!!!
